We were very well received, thank you! We had a great time!! Really exotic, we appreciated the tranquility of the place, squirrels came to see us!! We ate well with the packed lunches and breakfast. The Nordic bath is really very enjoyable, it just lacks cup holders. The only small problem we had came from our neighbors in another dome, who put their music too loud ... when you come to this kind of place it is to enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature. A shower would perhaps be welcome.

I recommend without hesitation this unusual accommodation, we were installed in the “Andromeda” dome. This experience was extraordinary, immersed in nature with all the biodiversity around us. The Nordic bath is a real plus, finally we are delighted with our stay, and we 100% recommend the accommodation at La Bul'étoile! Thank you to our hosts for their welcome!

The stay was perfect. A little less on the geographical location because we found few things to do nearby as well as on the service and equipment because a solar shower was perhaps missing. Otherwise the rest was great

Saved by the smoke detector. Traumatic experience. I'll explain the situation to you: When we went to bed last night, the pellet heater was on. Around 3:30 a.m. the heating sounded to warn us that there was no more pellet. To our great surprise: no pellet refill!!! Plan B we turn on the second heater which is an oil heater. So far so good... 5am, we are woken up by the smoke detector. As soon as we opened our eyes we realized that the bubble was completely filled with thick smoke which prevented us from breathing properly!!! We were convinced that the bubble had caught fire but no, it was certainly the heating pipe which was defective or poorly secured which prevented the smoke from coming out of the bubble (according to the owner). I'll let you imagine the stress and anguish of the situation!! So we aired the bubble to remove the smoke and we stayed in it until 11am. The mistake we made in my opinion was not calling the owner at 5 a.m. so that he could realize the seriousness of the situation and leave immediately asking for action or a refund... because when we went to return the keys the owner didn't seem to be very concerned and it's hardly apologetic... (Just imagine if we had a baby or toddler with us the drama that would be could have been!!!!..) Finally after this great misadventure we are happy to still be alive to write this review and hope for the next time that this does not happen again. As for the rest of the service, everything was good and that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of just one. This message is not to avoid the next people to come but more so that people are aware of the potential danger that can be there and that this should not happen in this type of establishment (and elsewhere too we are d 'agreement...).

Bonjour Coraline, je fais suite notre échange téléphonique de ce jour, afin de vous renouveler nos excuses, la personne qui a recueilli vos propos n'a pas eu conscience de votre frayeur, ni que vos vies avaient été mises en danger dans notre hébergement ! Je vous prie d'accepter mes excuses pour cette réponse tardive, mais il me fallait être sure de mes propos, en les faisant valider par un technicien expert avant de prendre le clavier. Je prendrai également le temps de répondre à votre autre commentaire sur un autre réseau. Je souhaite également éclaircir la situation auprès des prochains utilisateurs : Le poêle à granulé fixe ( contenance 10 kilos de granulés ), ainsi que le chauffage fixe Webasto, sont présents dans le dôme afin de tempérer le dôme ( en toile ) lorsque les visiteurs ne sont pas sous la couette grand froid. Il est absolument inutile d'essayer de maintenir chaud l'inchauffable ( ces hébergements ne sont pas prévus pour un séjour comme à la maison ). L'expérience se veut dépaysante, et écologique : si vous recherchez une température constante, préférez un hôtel climatisé ou un logement bien isolé, et pas un hébergement sous toile. Nos hébergements sont fermés au public du 20/10 au 01/04 les conditions climatiques n'étant pas adaptées à ce type de tourisme. Lorsque vous venez séjourner en inter-saison, prévoyez des vêtements adaptés. Et surtout, n'essayez pas de rapprocher les chauffages fixe du centre de la pièce ( Coraline et son compagnon ont été victime d'un geste idiot, en effet une personne avec un manque de bon sens évident a tiré sur le webasto, afin de le déplacer, au point de déboîter le tuyau d'évacuation des fumés, et de dénuder des fils d'alimentation : la situation aurait pu être bien plus grave). Je précise que la personne en charge du ménage n'a rien remarqué d'anormal sur le webasto lors de la remise en état des lieux, la matin même du drame. Sans cela une intervention pour une remise en état aurait été demandée. Heureusement nos hébergements sont équipés d'extincteurs et de détecteurs de fumée. Nous avons revu nos messages types, en donnant des consignes plus précises à nos futurs utilisateurs, quand à l'utilisation du chauffage, et aux tenues adaptées à prévoir. Nous prévoyons prochainement un marquage indiquant "NE PAS DEPLACER, RISQUE D'INCENDIE" sur le poêle et sur le webasto : ce qui est une évidence pour les uns ne l'est pas forcément pour tous ... Merci à Coraline pour son alerte. Nous sommes encore désolés que vous ayez été les victimes d'une personne inconséquente de ses actes. Les propriétaires

Je voulais aussi clarifier, pour les autres visiteurs, que l'interlocuteur que nous avons eu à l'acceuil n'étais pas le propriétaire contrairement à ce qu'on nous a laisser entendre et que ceux-ci ont été très professionnels et bienveillants. Very satisfied with the stay, everything corresponds perfectly to the photos! Too bad the hot chocolate for breakfast is just chocolate water. Despite everything, it remains a great experience!

Bonjour Sophie, Nous proposons des boissons à la vente à l'accueil ( soft ou alcool ) ;) 2 petites bouteilles d'eau était gracieusement offerte avec votre repas. Pour le pain nous mettons 1/2 baguette pour 2 dans le panier pique-nique, sans compter les croutons si vous avez commandez notre sauce aux morilles. Habituellement ça passe large ;) Je suis désolée que vous ayez été juste en pain et en eau pour le coup. Merci pour votre confiance. Au plaisir de vous accueillir prochainement. A very good moment of escape for two. A great discovery, the accommodation is top, well appointed with a very beautiful view. The meal and the breakfast are very good and worth their price.

Night for 2 with breakfast option. Very clean and well equipped accommodation. Hearty breakfast. Not overlooked. On the other hand, provide Kies balls to sleep because you can hear everything in the accommodation.

This place is absolutely awesome! You really feel like you're absolutely alone in the middle of nowhere, it's very relaxing. The dome is very pleasant, with all the comforts. Unfortunately, we didn't get any stars due to overcast weather, but we took full advantage of the terrace and the Nordic bath. The breakfast was also very good.

just lacked a bit of crockery (cutlery, corkscrew, plates) to allow an unexpected aperitif otherwise it was perfect! No complaints about the service, this couple is really helpful! I sincerely hope that this new concept in the 70s will work.
