Essentially quiet, well equipped, with no car traffic. Details to be improved: the ineffective wifi coverage even in the event of low traffic, a space to store groceries for 7 people, stickers on the glass doors to avoid bumping into them when they are very well cleaned, a schedule for using the Roman bath as for tennis courts to avoid disturbing the occupants and going back and forth.
