In one of the bedrooms there was a light that did not work. I also find that in one of the cabins where there are 3 single beds (the high one much too close to the wall, not much room to move) I'm not claustrophobic so to tell you! After a lot of spiders for me grrr Otherwise overall it was good

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d’avoir prit le temps de répondre à l’enquête de satisfaction. Nous regrettons d’apprendre que le séjour ne vous a pas entièrement satisfait. Une équipe d’astreinte est présente sur le domaine la journée et la nuit également par téléphone. Vous notifiez avoir eu des problèmes de lumière, en effet l’autonomie des lumières en cabane est généralement de 3-4h si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec celle-ci cela aurait été avec plaisir que nous serions venu l’échanger. Pour la disposition de la cabane, nous avons essayé d’optimiser la place au sol, c’est pour cette raison qu’il se trouve aussi proche du mur. Nous prenons note de votre retour nous ferons remonté à notre équipe de maintenance afin d’essayer de modifier la disposition afin que les cabaneurs soient bien installés. Notre équipe d’entretien passe quotidiennement dans les cabanes, malheureusement nous sommes en pleine nature et il arrive que nous passions à coté de certaines toiles d’araignées, nous serons plus vigilent.
