A delicious experience to repeat but in May or June because it was very cold. Perhaps it would be good to provide small auxiliary heaters for the cooler periods. Small observation; the New York hut can really be reached by car, because the path is paved, of course respecting the existing flora and fauna. The owner allowed us to do it on an exceptional basis because we were very busy and we thank her for that. Small electric carts could perhaps be made, for a small financial contribution, available to "adventurers" in order to integrate each cabin more easily because if it is indeed part of the adventure, it is not necessarily appreciated to all to do dozens of round trips loaded like mules to bring business to the huts. It could even be perhaps a somewhat unacceptable factor because we want to invest this green setting and fully enjoy it, than to spend an hour unloading things, or when it is cold as it was. case this we had to provide quilts, plaids and warm clothes so a somewhat bulky and consequent load. But otherwise the domain is magnificent and the apple cinnamon jam and, what I thought I recognized as perhaps being angelica, is quite simply a nectar.
