Sleeping in a cabin in winter turned out to be more complicated than expected... The heated stove is much too small for such a large cabin, unfortunately, although a double duvet was provided to us. Apart from that, the stay went well, the experience was pleasant. Only, big reception problem. The hosts are sociable and smiling, however, we waited a long time in front of the reception before being taken into consideration. The person began to explain the terms of the stay to us and then left to take orders and chat with other customers, forgetting our presence for nearly 15 minutes. Her husband then took over. He forgot to give us the necessary equipment (lighter, lamp etc...) this is not very serious (to err is human). But big flat on the reception. Also, leaving the next morning. We tracked down the host chatting with customers. I give him back the basket and the equipment he had provided us and the "goodbyes" were very awkward I told him thank you very much for the breakfast, that it was very good and I had no feedback, he did not m didn't ask how it went, he seemed in a hurry for me to leave to continue his process of selling to his potential customers. That's a shame.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous poster votre commentaire, Je souhaitais revenir sur plusieurs points: Nous accueillons nos hôtes de 16h à 19h tous les soirs, et conseillons par mail, dans la mesure du possible, d'arrivée au plus tard à 18h afin de profiter d'une visite et d'une dégustation de vins que nous proposons tous les soirs à 18h30 (gratuitement). Ce samedi soir là, la personne responsable de l'accueil fut absente et ce sont mes parents qui ont accueillis l'ensemble de nos clients (4 cabanes), qui sont tous arrivées entre 18h15 et 18h45 et comme nous souhaitons faire un accueil individualisé à chacun cela peux prendre un peu de temps. Nous nous excusons si vous avez attendu un peu avant d'être accompagné à votre cabane, mais en aucun cas nous avons privilégié un client plutôt que nos hôtes car ce sont bien nos hôtes qui dégustés. En vous accueillons mon père à oublié le matériel que nous vous mettons à disposition et il s'agit d'un oubli comme vous l'avez signalé. Il porte un appareil auditif depuis peu et vous a tous simplement pas entendu le lendemain quand vous lui avez dit aurevoir. Il ne souhaitez en aucun cas vous ignorer, il s'agit d'un simple malentendu. Mon père est un passionné de la terre et de son métier d'agriculteur et accueille chacun de nos hôtes avec enthousiasme. Nous vous invitons à revenir nous voir pour séjourner chez nous ou pour faire une dégustation de vin afin de pouvoir de lever tout les doutes émis. A bientôt dans nos branches...

very good stay overall a downside, in this season, the meal taken at night on the terrace deserves to be a hot meal or, at least accompanied by an infusion, the tasting, the visit of the farm, the marked out and annotated path are a plus
