La cabane dans les arbres Palombière is a traditional South-West of France dove hunting treehouse. Each year, during the Autumn season, Doves migrate from Nordic countries to the Iberian Peninsula. The idea of this hunt is to attract the doves thanks to birds callers (domesticated pigeons for example) so they settle in the palombière trees. Then they get caught within the nets. Usually, this is done in pine woods

Reservation made via the internet, very easy to access the information is complete, and then on site, we found the place nice, the welcome warm and attentive. When at the cabin, we found it very beautiful, all the comforts, and our preference and that of the breakfast that we had to go up with the help of a rope, and very generous! No regrets, only happiness !!!!!!

Everything is in line with the expectation. However, the meals are preserved and therefore cold, a lot of perched huts make hot meals. Friction of the branches on the ridge, (maintenance of the crowns easy to achieve) complicated sleep. Latest generation dry toilet more environmentally friendly. Thank you, good time anyway.

We spent one night in the La Palombière cabin! It was magic! The site is soothing and the swimming pool absolutely magical !!! The basket for breakfast highly appreciated by all ... Only downside: In this period of heat wave, the absence of window on the floor of the cabin, made the air unbreathable ... a real oven ... . impossible to sleep ... the team should think about a small fan to compensate for this lack of draft ... certainly can be ecological but it was really unbreathable !!

Very pleasant stay. The cabin is very pretty, the (natural) swimming pool wonderful, the welcome extremely friendly. Only downside: the different facilities (cabins ...) are very close to each other, we suddenly followed "live" the vagaries of bedtime / sunrise of a family who lived a few meters. Too bad for the serenity ...

Awesome !!!!!!!!!!!! we had a pleasant stay at ECOTOLIA perched hut, very nice room, comfortable. breakfast mounted on a rope in a basket (very well stocked) that we tasted on the terrace in the trees out of sight in privacy we intend to come back to test another accommodation

Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour d’expérience. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour. Concernant l’emplacement de la cabane, lorsque vous parlez de la route, nous imaginons que vous faites référence au chemin d’accès au Domaine, situé à l’arrière de la cabane? Car la cabane n’est pas proche d’une route passante. Seules les voitures accédant au Domaine passent sur ce chemin. Les clients ne nous ont jamais mentionné ce chemin comme étant problématique mais si c’était le cas pour vous, il ne fallait pas hésiter à nous contacter au moment de la réservation pour déterminer l’emplacement idéal pour vous. Nous avons 24 hébergements sur le Domaine avec des configurations différentes afin que chacun y trouve son bonheur :-) Concernant la restauration, nous proposons des formules apéritives et des glaces sur place, ainsi qu’un panier repas à commander à l’avance.
