As you step through the entrance of the Kota, get ready to experience unforgettable moments and let the friendliness take over. You'll be seated around a Finnish barbecue where you can enjoy a meal by the fire...
The Kotas are Unusual Accommodations, without running water or electricity. It's a perfect place to disconnect and recharge surrounded by nature and in proximity to the Siberian husky pack of the estate.
Each Kota is equipped with a private dry toilet. (You will also have access to conventional sanitary facilities located in the main building.)
Every Kota has a double bed (140x190) + 2 additional beds.
A sleeping bag/duvet is essential (and a pillow if needed). It is possible to rent sleeping gear (sleeping bag and pillow for €15).
Keeping your comfort in mind, the Kotas are equipped with a memory foam mattress for a well-deserved rest.
The Kota is non-smoking.
The Kotas are not suitable for infants.
The estate is a dog sledding driving school. Therefore, a pack of Siberian huskies will be present near your accommodation. You will have the opportunity to practice dog sledding or simply come to meet the pack by reservation.
Please communicate your arrival time to the owners. They will welcome you at 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, or 7:00 PM. No arrivals after 8:00 PM.
A security deposit of €150 will be required upon your arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. The activities offered by the estate must be organized on the day of your stay. These depend on the weather. The kotas are equipped with a grill for heating or cooking.
