The rental
Le "Baron perché" is made of two independent cabins separated by a solid wooden footbridge. The first cabin is 7 meters high above the ground and has a terrace sitting 2 meters higher; the second cabin is perched 10 meters high. Each cabin has 3 beds, a double bed and a single bed. To reach the cabins, dive into the heart of the forest and walk by beautiful alleys with century-old beech trees and small bucolic paths.

The site is limited, we could have had a cheaper cabin for two but instead we got a cabin for 4 double the price. Not clear for general conditions such as sheets and deposit. The reception was quite cold and harsh (we were 3 families who arrived at the same time who had not seen the history of the deposit) I did not have the sheets and I had to pay 7 euros to rent them when I was already paying more expensive a cabin for 4) good the manager is a pure and hard earthling but we do not come to rest in a place by being received upon our arrival it is a pity.

Bonsoir Nous étions 3 couples a ne pas avoir vu la mention caution.je n aurais jamais prit une cabane pour 4 si le site avait accepté que je prenne la cabane pour deux .je suis désolée que vous preniez mal mon retour mais c est une expérience que je ne recommanderai pas à mon entourage , oui j avoue que je n avais pas envie de m’expliquer avec vous à la suite du séjour en remplissant devant vous le formulaire de satisfaction. Rien contre vous personnellement mais lus ne partageons pas le même sens de l’accueil du public . Bien à vous .

Fine, but the beds are not made on arrival; we have to bring our sheets and the luggage could be deposited with the site cart because we still have to walk 20 minutes in the forest with a huge wheelbarrow to take our luggage. Compared to the price, it's a bit disappointing.

Effectivement, comme indiqué sur l'annonce, les draps ne sont pas fournis et le parking se situe à 900m. Nous sommes navrés que l'expérience n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. 2 nights in a tree, including one under the storm! Unexpected, great emotion. Unusual but high quality accommodation. Very pleasant welcome. Full service. The children and I are delighted.

The owner / manager of the domain is fabulous. He really takes to heart the satisfaction of his customers. I was, however, unfortunate to fall upon his seasonal workers who weren't to the same standard ... Lovely night in the Baron Perché. Very comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms. I do recommend this place.

Stay in the double cabin Le Baron Perché. The weather was more than mild so the evening / night was you idyllic: Calm and serenity guaranteed Remember to bring a few extra candles or a flashlight to hang for the evening.

Very warm welcome, well located (but necessarily easy to find). The cabins are original but could be cleaner, especially the dry toilets. Remember to provide additional lamps, those provided are not enough, if only to eat after dark.

Bonjour Madame, Lorsque vous avez réservé, les disponibilités se limitaient en effet à deux cabanes sur les dix du domaine, 8 cabanes étaient déjà réservées, il restait disponible : le Berceau (cabane sportive deux personnes) et le Baron Perché que vous avez réservé (cabane 6 personnes, tarif de base pour quatre personnes) d'où son prix ! Rien ne vous obligeait à réserver une cabane de 4 personnes pour deux personnes. Pour la seconde allégation, je vous renvoie aux conditions générales de vente chapitre 6 alinéa "votre séjour" qui stipule que vous devez vous munir de vos sacs de couchage ou draps. En ce qui concerne la caution elle est mentionnée toujours dans les conditions particulières chapitre 6 alinéa "dépôt de garantie". En ce qui concerne l'accueil, permettez-moi de m'étonner entre ce que vous avancez dans votre mail et ce que vous avez mentionné sur le questionnaire que vous avez rempli sur place "rubrique accueil" : - Amabilité: Bien - Efficacité: Très bien - Compétence: Très bien Navré que vous ayez mal interprété les conditions générales de vente qui pourtant sont essentielles lorsqu'on loue un hébergement atypique.
