Very disappointed, icy welcome, no flexibility, total lack of professionalism. Too bad because the establishment is however pleasant but it is the race for options and supplements which you are informed after confirmation of reservation ... ATTENTION !!!! Too bad

Very welcome and the trailer is very clean and well laid out, very good breakfast, the setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the value for money is very good, the owners are available. To do again !!!

The caravan, very nice concept, the setting is splendid, the gardens and surroundings very well maintained. We were just a little disappointed with the rather cold welcome from Madame, who asked us what time we wanted breakfast. We said 10 am, she replied: "Will you be gone at 10:30 am?" We found his answer a bit rough. The next day at breakfast, a very nice gentleman served us. I just find it a little unfortunate to serve us the orange juice and not to leave the bottom of the carafe (1 glass no more), to systematically open the yogurts as if to prevent us from taking it with us, if however we wanted to eat it a little later and we have to leave it. It's a bit tight, not very commercial. Other than that, we appreciated the originality of the accommodation and the bedding was good.

Bonjour Madame, Merci pour votre message et pour les remarques concernant les points positifs que vous relevez. Nous sommes désolé que vous ayez perçues certains de nos efforts comme négatifs. Si nous servons le jus d’orange, c’est pour tendre vers un service haut de gamme. En effet, poser la carafe sur la table en disant au client « Servez-vous » ne nous parait pas très qualitatif. De plus, nous passons plusieurs fois près des clients durant les petits déjeuner pour demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, il suffit de nous demander du jus d’orange, comme certains clients le font, pour que nous vous re servions avec plaisir. De même pour les yaourt, si nous prenons le temps d’enlever le couvercle du yaourt plutôt que de le poser brutalement sur la table, c’est pour apporter un service haut de gamme. Après honnêtement, que vous mangiez votre yaourt sur place ou que vous l’emportiez, dans les deux cas nous vous avons fournis un yaourt, donc qu’est-ce que cela change pour nous ? Radin nous sommes ?... Enfin, concernant les horaires des petits déjeuners, comme indiqué sur le site et lors de votre confirmation de réservation que vous avez reçue, l’heure de départ est 10h. Il est donc logique de prendre son petit déjeuner avant. Quand nous vous avons demandé à quelle heure vous souhaitiez déjeuner (toujours pour s’adapter au client pour un service haut de gamme), vous avez répondu 10h, il était donc impossible que vous soyez parti pour 10h ! Aussi, pour vous être agréable, donc avons gratuitement décalé l’heure de votre départ à 10h30, visiblement cette réponse polie pour s’adapter à votre demande a été perçue par vous comme « rude »… En résumé, nous sommes désolé que nos actions pour tendre vers un service de qualité soit perçu par vous comme des points négatifs. Nous allons essayer de plus échanger avec nos futurs clients pour améliorer cela. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation. Maria & Pascal, propriétaires du Mas Pinède
The accommodation is not air conditioned. In addition it is planned for 3 people but the price increases if you go from 2 to 3 people and it remains high.

Bonsoir Monsieur, Merci pour votre avis. Nous prenons bonne note que les deux points qui vous ont conduit à nous décerner une note de 3 étoiles sont l’absence d’éponge dans la cuisine et un peu de poussière sur certaines étagères. Nous avons dors et déjà rajouté l’éponge qui a été dérobée par le client vous précédant, et veillerons à bien ôter la poussière sur l’ensemble des étagères à l'avenir. Étant donné que nous vivons à 50m de la roulotte, n’hésitez pas lors de votre prochaine venue chez nous à venir nous demander s’il vous manque quelque chose. Très bonne continuation à vous.
