The principle is very good, we expect a service worthy of the price, apart from a few details that bothered us, towels and blankets with stains, outdoor shower not practical in terms of temperature management (either water cold, or hot water because a bucket is filled to then flow), minimalist aperitif. We were not satisfied with the service compared to the price paid.

Very nice experience, a breathtaking view of a magnificent forest. A real moment of relaxation and rest in nature. Which is a shame, no real trail ride and no possibility of seeing the horses that are a few meters away.

Every detail is taken care of from reception until departure. Very good energy. Careful listening. Meal delivered in a nice basket. Garden furniture or dining table on a large terrace. Shower with different options. I really recommend. Thank you

In a beautiful little forest, isolated from everything and surrounded by nature. Nothing better to find yourself peaceful for a weekend. The reception and services are just at the top. The owners are of a kindness and a service really perfect.

Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires que nous lisons avec attention. Nous avons relevé en effet de petites tâches sur une serviette et nous en sommes désolés; nous déléguons le lavage du linge auprès d'un professionnel et malgré leur contrôle qualité nous déplorons devoir en effet de temps à autre écarter du linge propre. Votre serviette est passée au travers de notre contrôle et nous vous prions de nous en excuser - Heureusement vous disposez de suffisamment de linge de toilette dans la bulle pour palier à ce problème même si cela n'enlève rien au bien fondé de votre remarque. Nous vous remercions de nous avoir indiqué votre problème concernant le réglage de la température de la douche extérieure - Contrairement à ce que vous évoquez elle est très fonctionnelle et ludique en temps normal et à inspiré plus d'un client. En revanche l'arrivée d'eau froide du mélangeur s'est en effet bloquée et ne laisse pas passer un débit d'eau suffisamment créant ainsi le désagrément auquel vous avez été confronté. La pièce sera changée courant de cette semaine pour le bonheur de nos clients qui préfèrent largement se doucher en extérieur à proximité du spa. Concernant l'assortiment de notre formule apéritive doté d' une bouteille de Cremant d' une assiette de salaison d'appellation Iberico Bellota et d'un duo de tartinades il a toujours comblé les attentes de nos clients - S'agissant d'un apéritif, peut etre auriez vous apprécié avoir un assortiment plus fourni; nous sommes donc désolés que les quantités ne vous aient pas suffies.
