Very nice cabin on stilts. Pleasant spa at the top. We would have liked the meal to be included in the relatively high price despite the quality of the service. Thank you very much for this night tt of the same magic?

Very pleasant stay with warm welcome. The only downside is the average meal for the price. The qenelles rice dish really lacked sauce. Despite this, we recommend this stay.

Positive points: the accommodation itself, the cleanliness, the charm, the proximity to the hedgehog waterfalls. Negative points: cold welcome from uncomfortable hosts entry at 5 pm departure before 11 am. In the description of the hut we talk about observing the sunset except that in winter the sun is down before we could access the hut Refusal of the hosts to advance the entry time even by 30 minutes. To get in the mood on arrival we start with the deposit of 300 euros then we must state what we want to have in our breakfast. With the number of sugar close ... A minimum would be to send the proposals upstream. When you arrive at 5 pm you want to take possession of the accommodation and not spend 10 minutes discussing whether you want a fruit or plain yogurt for breakfast Breakfast good but light. We are also asked the question of if we want soap and slippers. The Covid has a damn good back ... When we offer such high prices, the service must be worthy of the price. We cannot justify everything by the beauty of the cabin.

The cabin is beautiful you have a disconnect with the outside world. The downside is that for the price you have to provide hygiene products (end of a roll of toilet paper available, provide your shower gel no kit is in place, everything is optional), the shower had a bad drainage my husband looked at the siphon it was filled with all residue

Excellent weekend and a wonderful surprise for my companion. A magic, fun place with the morning filly. Super decoration, and wood color. We were able to enjoy the spa with a great sun. Ecureuil SPA cabin: very beautiful, very tastefully decorated. The materials are of high quality including the jacuzzi, stainless steel! In addition, very beautiful waterfalls are nearby. For a romantic getaway, I recommend it.

Madame, Depuis notre réouverture au mois de mai, le protocole sanitaire a été renforcé. Nous avons dû retirer certaines choses des cabanes dont les produits d’accueil tel que les produits corporels bio, les chaussons et les boissons chaudes. Tous ces goodies vous ont été proposés à l’accueil lors de votre arrivée. Je vous prie de m’excuser si nous n’avons pas été assez clair lors de votre accueil. En aucun cas ces produits ne sont en option, ils vous étaient offerts sur simple acceptation de votre part. Concernant le papier toilette, et toujours dans le cadre du protocole sanitaire, un rouleau neuf est mis avant chaque arrivée. Il est vrai que si vous séjourner que une seule nuit, depuis la crise sanitaire nous ne laissons plus de rouleau d’avance. Je nettoie régulièrement la bonde de douche et je n’ai jamais rien trouvé d’autre que des cheveux ou des résidus de savons. Le problème que vous évoquez, d’évacuation d’eau quand on ouvre le robinet au maximum a été identifié il y a peu, il provient du clapet anti-retour et une intervention est programmée en septembre. Une fois de plus je tiens à m’excuser pour le désagrément. Christophe H. Gérant
