Bonjour Monsieur,, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre avis. Comme discuté ensemble ce jour, nous sommes vraiment navrés que vous n’ayez pas pu profiter de votre expérience cabane comme vous l’espériez. Toute l’équipe donne pourtant son maximum chaque jour pour rendre le séjour de nos clients le plus agréable possible. Etant effectivement situés dans le magnifique parc du Château de Laàs, ce site ce doit d’être mis sous alarmes, nous imposant donc un accès aux douches jusqu’à 20h maximum. Les arrivées s’effectuant entre 16h et 19h nous n’avons pourtant généralement pas de problème, tout ceci étant bien expliqué sur notre site internet, tout comme nos prestations. Nous vous souhaitons une excellente continuation. Virginie, VL, Responsable Hébergement Insolite.
