Just extraordinary! Exceptional setting to relax! The chalet promises a total change of scenery and then the setting of the region is just exceptional! Wonderful weekend! Friendly, smiling staff! Nothing better than to decompress and recharge your batteries!

superb cabin but a pity for the breakfast services not respecting eating in a hotel it is contradictory with those I have been looking for back to basics

Very good products. The only good thing, even if that's the goal. Would be nice to have a second outlet to at least charge the 2 phones and not have to alternate.

I went alone with my 20 month old child. The accommodation is not at all suitable. The welcome was not great and a great lack of information. I was quite disappointed with the stay. Too bad because the chelos are very cute for a one night trip as a couple.

Small, very pleasant stay, perfect for enjoying nature and peace. On the other hand as regards the reception, we were well received but we had to manage to find the chelot, not too much information from them more we were not informed that we could have access to the Falandais bath. As for the equipment the only "problem" was that when we arrived the pool was not functional.

Friendly accommodation in a setting that calls for rest. Too bad not being able to enjoy it a little longer. Indeed, after a good night's sleep, the swimming pool around 8:30 a.m. and a breakfast served in a basket at 9:30 a.m., there isn't much time left before returning the key for 11 a.m. We would have liked to lie in the sun in front of the "Chello" a little longer.

Nice and exotic place but geographic location not conducive to activities. Staff welcoming and attentive. The accommodation in chello is a great pity that there was no socket to connect the phones only negative point.

Huts around a small pond. Very clean place. Access to a heated swimming pool, sauna and Finnish bath. Very easy to access. Sanitary facilities outside the cabins, dry toilets inside. Sheets, bathrobe etc available. Pleasantly surprised, we will come back !!

A very good moment ! Smiling staff, breakfast brought directly to the well-stocked accommodation, quality equipment available. 2nd time we go there and never disappointed! There will definitely be a third time!

An original accommodation, with an impeccable welcome, a charming exterior decor, the feeling of being in a small space of happiness, all to yourself! Original spa, great moment of relaxation. Do not be disturbed by sanitary facilities outside the accommodation! It was not our case and it makes the moment rustic and original. Great for a romantic weekend :)!

We were generally disappointed with this weekend spent at Chello: We had inquired about the Finnish bath and despite our repeated requests (when booking, the day before and the same day) to access the bath we could not have access in the bath on Saturday evening ... We reserved this place only for the baths and took all the necessary precautions hence our frustration. The expected setting was not there either: the chello are in the garden with limited access adjoining the hotel. The breakfast was however great ... the price remains reasonable.

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous sommes très étonnés de votre commentaire quant à votre séjour dans nos chellos les 5 et 6 avril derniers. Effectivement, vous avez réservé le bain finlandais pour votre séjour et il était prêt lors de votre arrivée le vendredi. Vous en avez d’ailleurs profité à ce moment-là. Lorsque vous avez demandé à notre réceptionniste en cours de journée si vous pouviez l’avoir à nouveau le samedi soir, elle vous a répondu que ça n’était pas possible en raison du peu de temps que nous avions pour le réchauffer à nouveau compte tenu du fait qu’il faut au minima 4 à 5h pour effectuer cette opération. De plus, nous n’avions pas de personnel disponible pour faire le nécessaire rapidement. Tout ceci vous a été expliqué clairement sans que vous ne manifestiez autre chose qu’une légère déception devant nous (vous avez répondu « c’est pas grave »), en sachant que vous pouviez profiter à volonté de notre sauna et de la piscine chauffée attenante. Nous ne savons pas quel cadre vous espériez mais les photos à votre disposition sur notre site sont un reflet exact de la réalité. Les chello sont implantés dans le parc de l’hôtel, à l’écart, au bord d’un étang, dans une zone réservée à leurs hôtes. A votre départ, vous n’avez manifesté aucun mécontentement, bien au contraire, ce pourquoi nous nous étonnons du ton que vous employez dans ce message. Notify 24h the spa which was "not usable in summer, it heats to 40". Dude has arrogant and haughty welcome! But if not for a romantic moment, it's nice.
