Although the accommodation is comfortable and the setting very pleasant. Certain extremely negative points force me to give this rating. First of all, it is the first time in my life that I have seen an arrival at 5 p.m. For people who take a night, from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. it may seem expensive for a room at 300 euros. In addition, although the accommodation is intended to be high-end, we are far from it. In addition, the really basic or even stingy farm breakfast (ecology requires) and the service not worthy of a 300 euro hotel (the rooms are not made up every day, dirty jacuzzi, obligation to do the dishes for our breakfast without dishwashing liquid and hot water), we had an unacceptable incident. Indeed, all the accommodations are equipped with a macerator, and unfortunately on the second day, although we did not abuse it, the toilet stopped working.... After calling the manager, already embarrassed by the situation, what a surprise to see her behavior... Aggressive, she almost yelled at us, indicating that we had not read the recommendations indicated in the many A4 sheets placed in the accommodation. But who does that? We are on vacation to relax, not to read A4 sheets. I understand reading the instructions for the jacuzzi but for the toilets my arms drop... As a result, we were not able to use the toilets the last night, with horrible smells of excrement... My partner could barely sleep at night because of this. The worst thing is that, although other accommodation was available, the owner lied by telling us that everything was full... At 600 euros for two nights... The smell of poop is expensive. ...And I'm not talking about the kitsch llama style... Let's come and make llama portraits and a llama reserve in a luxury hotel...but I'm dreaming

Great unusual stay, perfectly clean, fully equipped, breakfast entirely based on local products, small instruction notebooks for the machines and the spa etc. No complaints !

I find the night a bit expensive depending on the location. We are not completely in the middle of nature as indicated on the site (road ...).

Bonjour Madame, Les Lodges des Grands Crus se situent comme indiqué sur tous les sites et plans à l’entrée du village de Chablis. L’entrée se trouve dans la zone industrielle du village , mais une fois dans la propriété c’est un environnement entièrement naturel qui vous y attend. Je vous accorde qu’ il manque quelques d’arbres et que du coup, nous pouvons apercevoir à certains endroits une route .Nous avons ouverts il y a seulement deux ans, et nous avons réalisé un gros investissement dans la végétation qui s’épanouira très vite au fil des années, afin de répondre au besoin de verdure comme vous l’entendez. Être situé à l’entrée d’un village est plutôt avantageux pour de nombreux clients qui viennent par le train, puis en taxi (15min de trajet).Une fois sur place, ils peuvent facilement se rendre à pied pour faire leurs courses au supermarché,(200m) ou bien chez nos commerçants, aller au restaurant, faire des visites et dégustations de caveaux, se rendre aux manifestations de proximité. Great stay, with a welcome from Stéphanie and her super pleasant daughter. Quality lodge with a just magic Jacuzzi, we bathed with a temperature of 8 degrees ... No complaints. And big plus, the small private boat to go around the lake which was a great moment. I recommend 200% and also for the fridge available full of good Chablis. :) Thierry

It lacks small treats in reception, in a beautiful region like Chablis, a small local bottle accompanied by local dishes would be appreciated especially since this accommodation is of a fairly expensive price.

Hello, I confirm that our service includes small gougères and a bottle of wine (in the fridge) waiting for you in your Lodge upon arrival. I am surprised by your statement having installed them myself, I had to share them with another Lodge without your knowledge! And I'm sorry for this error on my part! ???? It's a shame that you didn't bother to contact me so that I could remedy it right away, because I had foreseen this scenario in the event of a last minute reservation!
