As written in Google: we had a great stay at "Les Clos". Nature and luxury are at the rendezvous. Everything is designed for high-end services that are simple at the same time. Jacuzzi and sauna with view on nature. Drinks and local food. The top!

An unforgettable experience in a superb setting! The equipment of the lodge is of high quality, as is the care taken in decorating the premises. A real bubble of serenity for a total disconnection. To do again as soon as possible ????

Very nice place very relaxing, very clean, great stay. The negatives: - the fact that everything is chargeable (coffee, tea, drink) despite the price of the service. - the arrival time is quite late / departure time quite early. Otherwise perfect weekend.

Great welcome with an adorable hostess. A very pleasant site and superb cabins, the jacuzzi is great. Small flat for the meal option which is meager compared to the price. But we had a very good stay. We highly recommend it to our friends !!

A little corner of paradise 2 hours from Paris. We had a wonderful evening, and a beautiful morning. I think we would have stayed a few more nights. After a few hours, the places, the animals, the silence do their work ... zenitude guaranteed. Stephanie will make you discover her passion for animals. Go for it! I recommend the brunch offered for the morning and don't forget the boat trip either!

The environment in the full industrial area is somewhat surprising. Fortunately once inside we are isolated. Expensive compared to the service in addition everything is paid. No small welcome gift either which would please given the prices charged. No reception on arrival.

Monsieur, L'emplacement des Lodges des Grands Crus se situe à l 'entrée du village de CHABLIS, à 500m du centre ville, face aux coteaux de Grands Crus ,évitant toutes les nuisances sonores de la ville et des tracteurs. C'est au contraire une chance pour nous de bénéficier de cet emplacement. L' entrée par la zone industrielle vous permet de nous trouver plus facilement,de bénéficier de voiries propres accessibles à tout véhicule (motos, véhicules bas,...). Notre accueil autonome est un concept innovant qui permet une liberté d'horaire à votre arrivée. L'accompagnement attentionné que nous portons par mail, sms et réponses spontanées aux appels téléphoniques sont beaucoup plus performants (par d' oubli d'informations) qu' un agent d' accueil. Je suis vraiment surprise et navrée que ce mode ne vous ait pas donné satisafaction. Vous avez disposé d' un apéritif de bienvenue dans votre lodge à votre arrivée. Je vous rappelle que le tarif de votre nuitée comprend : - La sécurité dans une propriété totalement close - Une place de parking personnalisée - Une terrasse chauffée et équipée pour déjeuner à l'extérieur, - Un jacuzzi privatif dont la vue est orientée sur les coteaux des Grands Crus, d'une barque privatisée ancrée sur votre lodge - Un sauna et barbecue gratuit à accès illimité. -Un lodge "flottant" qui n'a rien d'une construction ordinaire mais pourtant équipé d'un lit 160 cm (le linge et les produits de toilettes fournis) d'un toilette séparé, d'une salle d'eau avec douche spacieuse, d'une climatisation réversible, d' une kitchenette équipée d'une cafetière Nespresso, théière spécial T, presse-agrumes, aérocino, frigo, four multi-fonctions, et d'une cave à vin où en effet comme dans tout établissement le contenu est payant. - bouteille d'eau, sachets de cafés et thés. Encore une fois, je suis navrée et déçue que le concept de Lodges des Grands Crus soit pour vous un univers qui ne correspond pas à vos attentes. Cordialement.
