A couple since high school, Julien and Aurélia have decided to return to their native region to plant their roots and develop a high-end, year-round tourism project in the Manoir de Laroque Delprat, a superb 17th-century residence that they are restoring with humility and passion. They have also decided to make it a place where they can share their passions for art (Aurelia is a writer and scriptwriter), cuisine (they own a gourmet restaurant) and ecology.
