Berthed in the riverside station of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, only 20 minutes away by train from the Paris-Saint-Lazare station, this 50 square metres (110 including the rooftop terrace) accommodation boasts a breathtaking view over the water and its unique surrounding landscape.
This houseboat can accommodate up to 6 people overnight, and up to 12 people during the day. Terrace and rooftop terrace : complete with a table and chairs, grill and table football.
A fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle. The table serves as a separation between the kitchen and the living room. Living-room: large convertible sofa, armchair, wood table, library with a double view (over the terrace and over one side of the houseboat).
Room 1: Large double bed with a view over the terrace and the River Seine. New bedding « Bonsoir » with a storage unit in the bed base.
Room 2: Large double bed with a cabin-like decoration, located apart from the first room, Room n°2 has absolutely no vis-à-vis. Bathroom: bathroom with toilets and a large Italian shower, towel warmer, and a hair dryer. Available: Bed linen, pillows, bath linen, spices to cook, salt, pepper.
This estate was built after two siblings joined their forces to launch what should soon become their third successful project: a houseboat. Their first project was to launch Billy Wash, a new vintage laundry chain in the Parisian region. Their second project was WeBoat, a boat entirely built in the Netherlands, sailing in Paris and offering cruises on the River Seine.
